I couldn't see anything posted about this already, hopefully I'm not reposting something. I was just watching the news and heard this story: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/4659092.stm about an 11 year old being hospitalised due to using heroin, which she claims to have been using for weeks...am I really naive to be completely shocked by this? I mean, 11 years old!!

apparently she found cannibis a bit weak...
