Does anyone use banana hosting and core ftp? If so I wonder if you can assist. I have never used an ftp client before as I built my site with site builder. I have asked the host of the site to assist and though I have followed the information he has given me It still isn't working so I must be doing something wrong.

I have video files and clips I need to upload to my site. Thye are stored in webshell file manager in the domain folder I't just wont work when I try to add the clip using a hyperlink on my downloads page. I am a total novice at this and don't undestand techie talk so if anyone can assist me as to what I am doing wrong then please do :-)
