How do nestle get the bubbles into aeros? Surely they should rise to the top when the chocolate cools?

Depends how quick you cool it and how viscous the liquid is I guess. Give 'em a call/email and ask.

I have tried to ask them, but apparently its a closely guarded secret in the chocolate industry. I dont know why, its hardly a thret to national security.

What worries me is, if it's cheap labour thats doing it...

You know, rows of illegal immigrants with TB blowing down straws into the mixture :gag:

I thought they attached pipes to their bums after feeding them curry and beans. Dont know which is worse. Perhaps they use the TB straws for the peppermint aero and the curry and beans for the orange and choc flavour. I am now thinking what about the white choc variety. I dont like what Im thinking.
