right wouldnt usually go out on a monday, but it just so happens that the day i can legally do everything falls on a monday, so im celebrating it

i have a weird group of friends who like all music tastes, and some are more liberal than others. as its my birthday i was thinking of going to reflex first then onto the leadmill later on.

1. i've heard rumours that reflex has a bit of a gay scene? is this true? i have a few uptight mates

2. i've also heard rumous that reflex is dead on a monday?

3. whats on at leadmill on a monday, never been, come to think of it, never been anywhere on a monday...

answers greatly appreciated

1. The rumours are true
2. Don't know
3. Think it's a pop room (read cheese) and an indie room (arrrgghh) - typical student night in other words

corporation is usually pretty good on a monday..

"Doors 9pm - 2.30am. Adm: £1 b4 9.30, £3 After. To call this night in anyway sensible would be a complete lie!! It is what it is!!!!!"

vodka + mixer 50p
bottles of beer £1

room 1 - sk8, ska-punk + metal
room 2 - hip-hop etc..
room 3 - mixed from stoner music to drum'n'bass

but woteva floats ure boat i guess...

Well Im going out wi some chums this Monday! Tend to start off in Westways (formally Rat and Parrot) cos bottles of Fosters are 50p each, *or they used to be*
Went to Reflex and I really enjoyed enjoyed it but then Im a bit of a 80s throwback :D its better than the other 80s bar.
Leadmill on a Mondays is SHAG (main room - chart rubbish/RnB/dance and 90s) in room 1 and room 2 is HAPPY MONDAYS (indie tunes and 60s britpop) tends to be absolutely packed on a Monday night tho!
As SIH said Corp is always good, cheap on door and cheap booze and good music to :headbang: to!
Depends what kinda stuff youre into!

If you'd like to hear live music, the Classic Rock Bar runs an open mic night every Monday where anyone can get up and sing a song, play a guitar or bang a drum. It's not karaoke! It's for the talented people of Sheffield. Feel free to come down, listen, take part, or just get pi$$ed.
