garydickson 29-01-2006, 17:01 Salut!
Il y a un cours de français au Université. Regarde ici:
http://www.shef.ac.uk/till/interest2005/languages.html
Mais, je ne sais pas quand il commence - tu dois, err, err order une brochure.
(Well, if you understood that you don't need a course! I've been practising mine too, a new years resolution after a holiday in France last year).
Bon chance.
Salut!

Vous devez demander?

Demander, that's it! :) I went for the tu as I though the forum suited a more informal reply.
Trotterette 31-01-2006, 13:51 Hmm.... think I do need to go on a course!!
Understood most of what you said, but I could def make improvements on my french!!
tThe link wouldnt work but I've had a look at the brochure - unfortunately the courses started in September (which possibly was what you were trying to tell me?!).
Ah well, will just have to wait until this September - unless anyone else knows different?!!
Thanks anyway!!
Bonjour,
I'm a french school teacher, arrived in sheffield three month ago. If you're interested, we could just have informal conversations: as I need to improve my english, we could meet, and speak partly in english, partly in french. I live in the south of Sheffield, but can easily go to the university of Sheffield and surroundings
What do you think about this?

Peut-etre vouz devez "commander"???
victoria1997 06-02-2006, 20:23 Bonjour Namadie!
I'd really like to arrange French conversation classes for me and my 8 year old if you're interested...
Tartempion 06-02-2006, 20:33 Salut Namadie!
Je suis étudiante de français à l'uni. Je suis anglaise et j'aimerais aussi parler avec toi en français (et en anglais) si t'as le temps...
PM moi!
Trotterette 08-02-2006, 14:00 Whoa! You all sound way too good at French for me!
The majority of the posts have gone right over my head!! :help:
Basically I did french GCSE about 10 years ago, am heading off to Paris shortly, and would just like to improve my (very basic) skills a little bit!
A think a basi course is best for me - I'll just have to wait for new enrolment days to come round........
Thanks anyway!!
meumeu77 08-02-2006, 20:37 Trotterette!
I can help you if you want. I'm a native speaker and have been in Sheffield for last 7 years.
Send me a PM if you want and we could arrange something.
Em
