Simple question.

Can an Employer legally prevent you from being in a union as a contractual obligation?

It looks like they can't stop you from joining a Union but they can make you sign a no strike agreement as part of your contract.

If ther weren't so many blacklegging scabs about then we would all be in a union and the employers would be in their place, that is being forced to give a decent days rate for the work done.

What do you need a union for?

Stand up on your own two feet and stand up for your rights, instead of paying the hypocritical unions for a champagne and oysters lifestyle.
