little malc 19-03-2004, 16:46 How can a young fella be bored? but, if you really have time on your hands, think of some more interesting threads for the forum.
Internetowl 19-03-2004, 16:47 he's only bored because he's not able to partake in one handed surfing!
adam_ukc 19-03-2004, 16:58 im just fed up with all my uni work, and work work, and find then there isnt that much to do during the day other than drink  i want something interesting and free...
Do you have a bike? Go for a cycle around ladybower or somewhere. The weather isn't that bad right now and you'll be amazed how good it makes you feel. :)
Failing that there's plenty of places to go walking around Sheffield. :)
qazitory 19-03-2004, 17:38 go shopping or to the cinema, or go out and buy a dvd??
Internetowl 19-03-2004, 17:39 he's settling down for a quick shuffle
I'm shocked! The very thought :o
Internetowl 19-03-2004, 17:53 he's a student - can't expect nothing else from him...
he'll start growing hairs on the palm of his hand next
black_soul 19-03-2004, 19:51 Hmm might be hard to find anything interesting.......apart from the rock bars n clubs......but even they get repetative after awhile.....all depends wot ya into what ya like doing and what ya mates drag u out to mate.......being from London it does seem alittle boring from time to time.......that and the majority of poeple look depressed but its ok.........take up a new hobbie.
Plain Talker 19-03-2004, 20:03 Have you thought about doing voluntary work?
PT
You could always accompany Plain_Talker to the theatre.
Want to go to the theatre? (http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8454)
Plain Talker 19-03-2004, 21:27 Thank you, max, yes, that's very true.
How about that? would you be bored enough to accompany me on a theatre excursion?
see this thread

Adam, theres a gazillion things you could do with your time. The Uni has Sheffield Communtiy Action, Rag, Theatre Group and loads of other groups.
Damn I've just reread this and I sound like a mid-thirties wanna be student again. Damn...
