Just to let you know there will be a full Reiki Level 1 Attunement & Training taking place on Saturday 15th October at Beighton Lifestyle Centre Beighton Sheffield. This is a full attunement to level 1 we are also incorporating the use of Reiki into family life.
The cost is just £65.00 which is vastly reduced for Reiki attunement as we want to introduce Reiki to the next generation and to families as a whole.

There are no contraindications to Reiki. Using Reiki within the family can only enhance family dynamics and harmony.

Self healing with Reiki is beneficial to gain "me time" and restore energy and reduce stress. Giving a sense of calm and well being.
