yes it was a few doors away from my relative.hes heard it was someting to do with drug dealers.(allegedly)

"Masked gunman shoots man in chest
A 32-year-old man has been shot in the chest by a masked man in Sheffield.
The victim was shot on the doorstep of a house on Knutton Crescent in Parson's Green on Saturday night in what police believe was a targeted attack.

He was taken to the Northern General Hospital where his condition is described as poorly but stable.

The gunman had an accomplice who was armed with a handgun. Both men wore balaclavas and escaped on foot. Police are appealing for witnesses.

as for the bbc report i guess parsons green is somewhere between parson cross and southey green , funny i live there and didnt even know it

seems there's been another shooting at PX - on Yew Lane - not a million miles from Knutton Cres - not sure if its related..

The police were al over the Wincobank like a rash the other day looking for info on the shootings.
