Having trouble updating f-secures virus definition databases.
It says ' an error was encountered while updating virus definition databade. The update could not be completed. Please check your network connection and try again. (error code 5).


What do I do?
Thanks to anyone who can help.

Is your internet connection working normally? Have you successfully updated before?

It may be a problem at their end which will resolve itself.

Have a look on their web site rather than auto update - you should be able to find a download for a 'super dat' or something similar - this will have the .dat file and the engine, download to your hard drive, and then run... Should work...
