Where is this terrible winter that’s been predicted by the Met Office?

I thought by now we should be in Siberian conditions according to the supposed experts!

We are having one of the warmest, driest winters on record, but only two months ago they where predicting "The big freeze"! Where is it? I want my bloody money back if this is the best the Met Office can offer by way of a prediction!
