I tend to agree with Tosh when he say's that there should be capped prices on players outside the top flight depending on age and other things etc......

Whats you opinion, and how would you apply the capping??

I think all valuations should made by an independant system which takes into account: experience, potential, contract length, international caps.

Similar to the tribunal system used when a value cannot be agreed.

I think that clubs should not be allowed to deman ridiculous prices just because the team making the offer are wealthy and/or desperate for cover.

I say no because if they were capped none would want to sell their players at all.
