Can you post your MMA history, what martial arts you have done and how long for, and also where you trained?

I have to admit but I'm a watcher not a doer in this instance but if you want to get a good all round ability I (in my opinion) would do a combo of Thai and Bjj.

BUT if you want one school to train at, the best I know is Sheffield Shoot at 393. Pep is a fantastic trainer and knows his stuff. He also has a number of guys who fight regularly.

Yeah I agree the best combination is Thai boxing and BJJ. I've been doing Thai boxing on and off for 2 years, starting back full time later this week and I'm starting down the 393 club on Monday.

I'm going to ask Ross about it the next time I see him, don't think he uses the forum anymore.
