I rent office space in the city centre. It's becoming a pain due to traffic, it's expensive, and there is no benefit in being in the city centre any more. Therefore I am looking to rent offices (preferabley serviced) south of the city. Anything south/south west from Queens Rd, Abbeydale Road. I need about 500 square feet, and car parking for at least 4 cars.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could let me know of anything that they know is available, or the names of estate agents that actively deal with this kind of property in this part of Sheffield (I have done searches on Yell, and 50 or so commercial estate agents come back, but when you start to check them out, very few actually have any commercial property available).

I know there was a unit/work space for rent on Broadfield Business Park not long back. Just opposite Virgin Active Gym

As you go up Woodseats road just over the railway bridge on the right is a small business park which has some empty units. Also on the left hand side of the road is the old Wardsons firm which has had a lot of work done on it turning it into office space which is up for rent.

i worked at wardsons from 1997 till it closed :| not very interesting but thought i would say so:thumbsup:

Sheaf Bank Business Park at the back of Ponsfords, next to the sheaf view and Heeley City farm may have space

There's a small converted garage on Greystones Rd - just been been converted into office space...its near the bottom of the hill - over the road from the Co-op on Ecclesall Rd.
