I would be extremely grateful if anyone has any ideas. Im looking for a job, to start asap, Jobcentreplus is not that good, and I cant find any on here!

They seem to have recently changed their website and I don't think it's a good as it was before.

Depends, are you looking for office type jobs or something else?

www.reed.co.uk and www.monster.co.uk are ok for general types of job.

Try www.jobs4sheffield.co.uk

Its the same as Fish 4 jobs, but is focussed only on Sheffield vacancies!

Plus all your other usuals:

Best usually is www.worktrain.gov.uk

or the star on thurs, i work in a jobcentre, where is it that u will work?

cheers everyone, I just need a job seriously soon. I hate not having a job, and I left mine last week cos i couldnt stand it. So at the moment I will do more or less anything, want something to start asap though.

hmmm...at the moment i will do bar work, call centre ect. then i can focus on looking for something long term.

If you want immediate start, Try Telewest call centre, they are recruiting for starts in January!

Addecco Agency will be able to sort this for you!

yeah got a job there before, but didnt end up going as it seemed rather dull, so i dont think they'd be that bothered about me now!!:D

ok, i'd reccommend approaching Addecco never the less, because if you call them, they will invite you in for a informal chat, and put u in touch with numerous jobs!

Clicking the link www.jobserve.com will take you to Jobserve. Typing in Sheffield came up with 224 jobs (typing in Leeds came up with 954 though) at the time of this thread.
