Did you wish for 2005 to end?

I know some forummers did. So I was wondering how the first 16 days of 2006 are treating you, is this going to be a great year?

Poor you.. I actually managed to fall down stairs twice in the first week.

incident 1 caused a very sore botty

incident 2 caused major bruising to both by leg and arm.. oh and my pride aswell. (I looked like such a prat)

.. Belated NY resolution.. to be more careful when decending stairs :hihi:

Second fall was caused by unfortunate christmas gift of slippy slippers (which are now in the bin!)

Kind of a boring start for me... I'm not back at uni til the end of Jan, which is when the fun usually starts! :P
My love-life has gone from bad to worse and am suffering from a severe nice-man drought! But not to worry, I'm sure someone will tickle my fancy soon enough!

I started with a nasty rash last week and have been to hospital to get it seen. I've got Pityriasis rosea, which isn't contageous, it isnt harmful, its just a viral infection... It just means that all my tummy and chest is covered in what looks like really angry psoriasis :( So yeah, I've not been going out that much and I've been upset about by lovely skin being all spotty :(

Started my new job, which I'm enjoying :) Just got to hand my notice in at my current job, and I'll be well away! :P

So far so good! Almost completed purchase of my house and everything seems to going well. Also, the money is flowing (sort of) so the trip to Australia this summer is looking good!!

A hell of a lot better than this time last yr!

Last yr - was thoroughly miserable at work and in a relationship that made me feel fat, ugly and generally horrible.

This yr - Have a fab new man - the one I know I'm going to marry! Have a new house (first time buyer!) on the horrizon - hopefully moving in, in 6weeks ish, have a fab holiday in the US to look forward to and the job is all OK again aswell!

Long may it continue!

xx

started with a bang and has continued that way...

new years eve on a blackjack table... i couldn't lose even when i tried to. had a fab time with my friends and family...

new job... amazing no more being sat behind a desk! yippee! doing something which i love and getting paid for it...

going out... with scores of friends, lucky if i get an evening in too myself, far to busy socialising...

new women... need i say anymore, i'm loving the ladies and they're all sending love back...

first forum meet... very nervous before i went, but boy was i glad i did, there are some great people on here...

holiday plans... bring on down under, just my plane ticket to book and then "free as a bird"...

loose ends from 2005... being tied up as we speak... no regrets

all in all this year has rocked so far discovering who i am and having fun bring it on...
