KEEP LOSING CONNECTION FRON INTERNET,ON BULLDOG,CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT AS HELPFULL AS A WHALE SWIMMING IN SAND,ANY IDEAS PEEPS?

Bin Bulldog and go with someone good, ie anyone who isn't Bulldog or AOL... Wanadoo are good if you can get them, I'm on their 512k service (But only cos the exchange for S6 is crap :rant: ) and have had very few, if any problems with it.

I'm with Bulldog and am having no issues at the moment, however every so often I have the same problem. Call them up but avoid customer services and go straight to the technical department (option 2 then option 1 I think) tell them what's going on.

Like I said the same happens to me every so often but Bulldog have always been very good at sorting it out. If your using the Speedtouch 330 dump it and get something else cause it's rubbish. Currently I'm using the Bt Voyager 105 USB modem which is very good for a cheap modem, however Bulldog do also sipport Netgear products which are certainly one of the more popular choices out there.

cheers mate i,ll give my voyager a re whirl,come to think of it never had this problem untill i changed modems.
