or anyone knows from where can I find this information

You could try looking for job ads that fit your description and work out the average yourself...

I'm notr sure theres a standard scale - it depends very much on who you work for and how much they value their research staff. Do be aware however that more and more companies are farming out their research to the academic sector (so much cheaper to have universities do it!) and cutting their own research groups so getting a research post isn't necessarily gonna be a 'non trivial task' :(

Depends what sector / job you're going for. Not every PhD will go for a research job, and each industry will have very different pay scales.
I beleive that PhD positions in research in top pharma companies like AstraZeneca, Pfizer, GSK etc offer starting salaries of ~£30,000.
Depends on role (e.g. synthetic, analytical) and if you can get in! They have dropped off their recruitment quite heavily in the last couple of years.
You could try speaking to the Uni careers office. Even if you've left Uni they are usually happy to advise (it makes the Uni's grad stats look better if you get a better job).
