No - it goes along the bottom and it's a fair climb up the hill. 95 bus from town will take you to Walkley.

Nope - you've got a big climb halfway up Crookes hill!

Get the 95 from town/west st., or the 52 up through Crookes and half way down the other side.

The 95 goes up to Parsonage Crecsent/Compton Street, whilst .the 31 goes to South Road.

Yes - the part towards Crookes is great.

I lived there for 18 months and I'd definitely give it a seal of approval.

I wasn't that chuffed with that area to be honest (sorry guys).

Found it very very studenty which meant that your bins were kicked over and litter was an issue.

Each to thier own though.

How odd.....

Lived in Walkley for about 20 years and never had a bin kicked over in all that time.

It rather depends upon which part of Walkley you live in - there are very different types of houses in different parts of Walkley.

The 123, 94, 94A all directly serve Walkley - they don't go down Parsonage Crescent, though; anyone trying to get a bus down there would have to be on drugs... :)
52 will also take you there - the MNL will drop off at teh 'top' of Wlakley, the YTR 52 drops off and picks up a little way down the hill towards Hillsborough as well.
From Hillsborough the 31 and 32 will take you to South Road in Walkley, and thence in to town by a rather circuitous route. :)

I must just be unlucky :suspect:

Yeah I do believe it depends which bit you are in.
