We took the plunge and reserved a plot on the DW Lodge Moore estate due for completion in autumn. However is it just me or are their general attitude arrogant and un-cooperative? Has anyone faced problems with them?

We were advised that upon reservation units/fittings/options have to be selected within 3 weeks. When I tried to arrange an appointment today I was abruptly informed that they were fully booked for the next 3 weekends (fully booked means a maximum of 2 appointment per day) they refused to co-operate and allow us an appointment and continued to offer weekday appointments after I explained my wife is a teacher in Cheshire & I am away all week, that’s why we need a weekend appointment, this logic did not seem to register.

They have a 2-hour window between appointments but refused to accommodate us on Saturday or Sunday because the selection time usually takes 2-hours!!!!!!!!!

They then said an appointment in May would be OK to make selections even though they originally stated it had to be made in the next 3 weeks or certain options could not be offered.

I asked then directly if there was anyway they would be prepared to co-operate & they still refused so I contact their head office and spoke to their Sales Director, a resolution has yet to be forwarded!

All methods of future approach towards DW warmly welcomed.
