I've heard that they're going to be knocking down Stanley Tools in Ecclesfield (on The Common, next to Morrisons) and putting up a new estate.

Does anyone know any details of this?

Who is doing the building, and what type of houses/flats etc are they building?

I hope they're not building even MORE granny flats :(
