Morning all

I have to be at the Huntsman building by 9.30 tomorrow, I am told to go to the Barnsley Rd entrance

I would like some advice on the best bus to catch? and what time I'd need to be at the depot. Please.

I used to use those the other way, where abouts outside the market do they pick up? and where at the hospital drop?

Don't thinkit goes down by the market anymore due to roadworks? Best bet is to get it at Flat St, where the ramp is up to the shops. They run every few minutes.

75, 76 go from town centre, straight through the main roads of burngreave, pitsmoor, and firshill and the bus stops a few yards down from the northern general at the bottom of firshill and the next stop is on the main road of firvale.

New Thread re: Bus Numbers http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?s=&threadid=83000

Mucky Duck is on Angel St bit further down from where the Big Argos store is.
Flat st, leads down to Pond St from Fitzallen Sq.

It's actually Fir Vale it's at the bottom end of the Hospital where Barnsley Rd, Herries Rd and Firth Park Rd meet.

Do you need any more help? Are you new to Sheffield or just the Northern Gen? I could try and find a map to help you.

what about catching either 20 or 97 they both stop on herries road ,then you only have to walk up herries drive.

Thank you all very much, I think I'll go with the 47/48, I've been dropped off by them on flat street, I just didn't know its name.

One last question, how long does it take in rush hour?

If it's really really bad then you're looking at about 1/2 an hour at the most. I only live 5 mins drive away...lucky eh!

OK, I'll get to the station for about 8 then, cheers

That'll give you plenty of time, bus stop is right near the driveway and it's a case of walking down the drive and go left nearly to the top.
