Have you ever had any problems with the shops along Abbeydale Road? If yes what were they? Have you ever had any problems with the shops or congestion along the road due to people parking on the roads?

There's needs to be better access to the shops and more car parks if possible, for those driving. The volume of traffic and bus lanes also makes access difficult for people, and off putting, with the constant roar of traffic.

I like the variety of shops though, they are far more interesting than in the City centre.

I find Abbeydale Road one of the most dangerous in Sheffield when cycling, especially cars pulling out in front of me.

I only ever use Bardwells on there. I make sure I go when I can park in the bus lane.....then struggle to cross the road dodging the cars. Then struggle to recross. Then it's impossible to turn around anywhere so I end up driving through the estate to get back. I'm not moaning - it's expected on a busy road. The shops next to Bardwells always look like they're shut down or about to shut down.
