Tried lane swimming at ponds forge and was kicked in the side by several people travelling much faster than me, so really wanted to find a class of any sort specifically for pregnant women, can anyone help?

mimi, not sure whereabouts in Sheffield you are but King Edwards swimming pool on Clarkehouse Road used to do both aqua-aerobics and a pregnant womens session. This was a couple of years ago but I think they still do so if it's near to you give them a ring. :thumbsup:

Try Sheffield Uni sports centre, there are aqua classes Mon eve and Fri lunchtime. Good gentle exercise and I've seen pregnant women at both. £3 per class for non students. Phone number to book is 2226999. Good luck!

my mum goes to Greens nearly everyday to do aquarobics

think she pays about £25 per month for like as many sessions she wants.

Hillsborough leisure centre do aqua aerobics mon to thurs and an aqua natal session specific to expectant mothers run by qual midwife on a thurs at 7pm. Number is 231 2233. Hope that's of some help
