I have tried to do a search for independently published work on the quality of service delivered by law, enforcement and regulatory bodies particular in relation to Trading Standards and couldnt find anything. It could be that I am using the wrong search terms and wondered if any SF uers knew of anything, if so the terms to use and where to find it?

Perhaps we could also extend this research inquiry to include car parking fines

Does anyone know of any research that's been done on this area?
