Are you looking for a 2 bedroom flat or a 6/7 bedroom mansion ??

if you're looking at student houses on the ecclesall road area (i.e. hunters bar, stalker lees rd, sharrow vale road) then in my experience you'll be looking at no less than around £50 PER PERSON per week. As for bigger houses, if you're looking to get a whole house, then it'd depend on how many rooms etc!! But I've been looking and have seen 2-bedroomed houses at hunters bar advertised at about £500 per month.
