I know that there is a web page for finding where people live but I can't find it could you please help me. I don't mean friends reunited it is like the electoral role or something. I have seen it before on the forum so I know someone could help.

Just tried it with some friends names who move around a fair bit and it seems out of date by about 3 years......

The 192 site is updated with latest electoral role data www.192.com Should be about as up to date as you can get. You dont have to pay if you get credits filling out sponsored questions.
