Have you tried the Workstation? Handy for the train station, bus station, and The Rutland

It's not exactly cheap though, it's prime office space.

they have offices on burton rd inside the old jc albyn complex reasonable rents etc

I run a shop in central Hillsborough, and have 7 rooms in total. I only use 2 of the rooms and am wanting someone else to share the rent of the other rooms. I would be willing to give anyone a free trial if money is the issue. Ideal for office space! Post a reply if you're interested.
