Anybody else seen these? I couldn't tell if they were people or had somehing else attached to them.

Just seemed a bit odd.

Special Forces on manoeuvres before being posted to Afghanistan, apparently the cross is the most comparable area to practice in

Yes it has to be an invasion but why on earth would anybody want to invade the Cross!!!!! They should be fighting to get out!!

That'll be paragliders, they often fly over sheffield from Eyam when there's a southwesterly wind, some of them even make it to the coast! On days with simpsons type skies keep an eye out, they'll usually be under one of the grey bottomed cumulus clouds.

It was a humanitarian aid drop of essential supplys for the residents who`s giros didnt come in the post today . Thousands of packages containing Special Brew and White Lightening were dropped by the aid workers using parachutes ,as delivering them on foot was thought far too dangerous due to the vast numbers of Staffy`s roaming the Cross .:)
