He has spoke to the police about it, he called them when the bailiffs turned up, he didn't believe they were real bailiffs, but unfortunately the police confirmed that they were genuine bailiffs. The police also told him that, it is becoming a common occurance & "the powers that be" are pushing to get log book loans outlawed. If not outlawed they at least need to be added to HPI just like finance is...
