thats where i was going to go but my friends caravan [who im going with] is 26ft long and wouldnt fit on the pitch, so we are having a week at chy carne [the lizard], a week at harlyn sands [padstow] and another week at sandymouth [bude]

next friday for a week, and no i havnt been before but my friend recommeded it as he has been on a previous ukcs meet

Went to Chycarne last year on a MFC meet.

Lovely site, although busy in August.

Met some of the ukcs guys who had stayed over after the meet.

Cullompton is where we stayed when we went - we stayed at a charming little B & B, just had a look on web to try and remember what they called it but can't find it - sorry but it was dog friendly if that helps

I went to Chycarne last year on a MFC meet too!

We stopped in a lay by on the A30 (It was like a mini camp site )

All the vanners out chatting until midnight, there were loos open all night and a little cafe that opened at 7.30am, to say it was just off the A30 there wasn't a lot of road noise.

If that one is full there is another one about 2 mile up the road with a subway cafe but this was quite open from what I could see when we was driving past.
