Have you seen what's happened to the Wig & Pen on Campo Lane? It's gone all gastro pub like.

Looks good, wondered if anyone has eaten there yet?

When did the Wig & pen become Shennanigans?
Does anyone have any info on how old the pub is, I take it the name Wig & Pen comes from the fact it's in the heart of the solicitors area with the old courts being on Queen/Bank street?

Enlighten me please.

Popped in on Monday night - looks fabulous! The only thing that comes close is Lions Lair, so if you like that, you will like the Wig & Pen.

Prefered it as Yorkshiremans,with Les and CO.
Some top nights in there.

Lions Lair isn't bad, very expensive though. And small.
