Hecate 04-01-2006, 19:17 Make the move, if you're sure that's what you really want. You'll soon find your way around in a new place. I moved away from Sheffield in the early 90s (still miss it and call it home though), and have lived in four big cities since then. Make sure you've got a job etc well sorted out before hand (of course), because the last thing you want is to be running around like a mad thing sorting things out at the last minute. Make the move; but make sure you get a train pass so you can visit as often as you want (train fares are extortionate!) laura21 04-01-2006, 19:18 i really want to move so bad but scared of getting lost cause i wont have a clue how to get back to my new home or anything, and ill miss all my mates and family. You could always leave a trail of bread crumbs... Seriously, buy an A-Z. As for the friends and family; don't move too far away, or get used to a huge phone bill :) . laura21 04-01-2006, 19:33 flippin hek id be spending more on bread than owt else ha ha, ill have to seriously think about it but its definetly what i want so no matter what ill follow it through eventually |
