I just popped downstairs for a snack and came back with some raisins, an avacado, 2 satsumas and 2 mini bananas yum yum. Just wondered what other people reach for that are enjoyable and healthy. It might give others some suggestions whilst out shopping next time to avoid getting unhealthy snacks.

Almonds, avocado, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, melon, spinach, sunflower seeds - these are what I find I snack on the most.

Love cherries, breadsticks with hummous/philly lite, brazil nuts, frozen orange and mango fruit juice.

Unfortunately, I also love double chocolate chunk cookies from M & S  and kitkat chunkies

I can't get enough raw sugar snap peas. Only £1 a bag at Asda at the mo and they're great to crunch away on.

My friend grows these in her garden, and they grow so quick!

Yeah she has grown a couple of plants. They flower too. Her little one loves them, and there is loads of pods on each plant

I've been known to snack on dry breakfast cereal and dried fruit as we don't buy junk food like crisps. My favourite is something we usually call 'woodshavings', but I think the official name is crunchy bran I think

Since having to find non-junkfood for H we've stocked up on oatcakes, and some M&S flatbreads - west country cheddar and walnut, and pumpkin seed and sesame seed

Soreen cake is quite good for taste and not gaining weight. (In moderation of course)

Red meat, filling, meaty, and good for you, I usually cook some meat which I snack on for a few days, strips of steak etc.

Quite hungry now.

Fruit! Tons and tons of fruit! I also eat lots of nuts and roasted seeds, which people dismiss as rabbit food but is actually way tastier than crisps and things like that.

Fruit, fruit and fruit. Sometimes with sunflower seeds or Munchy Seeds, sometimes with home made natural yoghurt, sometimes with oatcakes.

I tried growing strawberries this year but I ended up with about 5, which isn't even one portion to me. :hihi:

I have been growing watercress, mint and corriander in my porch which I graze on. If I get a bit peckish I just pick a few leaves and munch.
