ive recently found two, 2 bedroom house's for rent in sheffield one is a bus ride from where i work and my sons school and is £350 a month the other is a comfortable walkin distance from my work and my sons school but its £375 a month a little more but id surely save on bus fares so it evens itself out that way

i told my little sister this and she said i was crazy and i should stay living with my mother

so come on tell me guys cos i think this is a good deal as ive looked at other properties and they are a lot more expensive than these two what do you think is it a good deal?

I reckon thats about the going rate but it depends on the area.

What about buying somewhere? Your rent would be considerably more than my mortgage is. :o

its a maybe at the mo hun bear in mind i only earn like £13,000 a yr and thats with my tax credit payments included :o so i doubt a morgage would help me get anywhere decent for what theyd offer me thats even if they would offer me owt.

im in a 2 bedroom house up here, £270 a month but its a housing association house

and the house prices are sky high round here
