Does anybody know if you can pay in installments through Expedia. We want to book a holiday for New York but cant afford to pay for it all at once. Has anybody done this before.

No I'm fairly certain you can't. The only option if you cannot afford it immediately is to put it on a credit card and pay the bill off in installments or to wait until you can afford it :)
