i got a topup tv box for christmas the other channels work fine but am unable to veiw my top up channels :rant: i have registered the card that came with it any ideas how i can get round this problem

Is the card seated correctly?

Sometimes our Sky Viewing Card 'loses' it and we have to wiggle it a little in the slot.

Also, have you tried powering down the receiver, leaving it for 10 or 15 minutes then bringing it back up with the card in place? The software in the receivers sometimes needs a reboot to pick up the newly registered card.

Apart from that....ring 'em up?
