I was hoping to get a few nights at Fieldhead, however, I have been a bit slack and forgot to book and now they are fully booked. I am still wanting to head out to Derbyshire, to do some serious walks around Kinder/Edale, however, I am struggling to find a decent campsite.

Any recommendations... it has to have running water, toilets and showers.

Laneside caravan and camping park, Between Hope and Hathersage.
If you can get in you`ll enjoy it.

Try North lees camp-site. Hathersage, cheap, very clean, and a wonderful place to stay we use it often.

Already phoned them and it seems they actively discourage anyone from camping with a 3 or more berth tent.

The camp site further up the road in Edale ( next to the pub) is ok for a few nights. Although can be a little noisy at times.

Cooper's? We ended up there and enjoyed it despite the weather. The site was basic, but clean and apart from it being a little noisier than I would prefer, it was good.
