My mates have decided they want to go there for NYE and so i have purchased the tickets using the online method. Now it says that i need to turn up to the box office with my card and reference number. No probs here but i was wondering when exactly i do this?

Can i turn up sometime in the day to pick the tickets up? Or do i just speak to a bouncer when we get there who will kindly point me in the right direction?

Any help would be appreciated as i dont want to mess this up!!!
