I never predict because you put yourself in a position were you can let yourself down.
If I wanted to give up drinking then I would do so on any day, not like I drink anyway but you know what I mean.

People who say they want to loose weight and execise in the new year and wait until January 1st are kidding themselves.
If you really want to exercise and loose weight then do it from day one.

As a keep fit fanatic myself the gym is going to be full on em, new years resolutionists but they all disappeare before the months out.

my prediction for this year is that it will end on saturday 31st december...
