I'm moving into my new flat soon and need to buy a quality sofa for it. Does anyone know of a good place in or around Sheffield that produces good sofas for reasonable prices? I only know of DFS in Rotherham but they are quite pricey. Any store with a website would be useful too. Looking for something along the lines of a leather corner group in black like this (http://www.dfsonline.co.uk/product.php?product_id=1739&collection_id=0).

MFI has some pretty nice stuff. I bought my leather sofa from them in Sheffield about 2 months ago for about a third of the price of the same one I liked in John Lewis. Plus they have a sale on.

John Peters on Queens Rd sells reasonable leather sofas. No idea if they have anything like that tho'.

Try Barkers @ Hillsborough. Just bought a dining table and chairs from them, as cheap as any I could find on the internet and it was delivered and installed for FREE (and it was only a couple of hundred quid, not a top of the market job or anything).

We got ours in the sale at Harveys - very nice and fantastic price too.
