Has anyone else seen that bloke who wanders alone along the fast road between Swallownest and the Beighton/Woodhouse roundabout. He is there everytime I drive along there and just seems to wander up and down the A57, in a melancholy daze.

Yeah ive seen this blokey before.

I used to see him all the time on my way in to sheffield from Lincoln on the A57 through Worksop...

I asked some people at work and apparantly he is clostraphobic (bad spelling ???) and spends all day walking about ?

Good luck to him I say, he isnt hurting anyone and i bet he is extremely fit !!

I first noticed this chap several months ago and he is constantly walking around the area in all weathers. He never looks as if he is in distress or worried so I assume he has somewhere to go in an evening and this is his way of passing the time during the day.

When i drive along moss way to work at 4.45am, i nearly always see a bloke walking along the side of the road towards beighton/woodhouse. I always wonder where he's going as there is no footpath all the way down.

Bit spooky this cos I saw him for thew first time yesterday. I saw him twice, once when going to Beighton and then again on the way back. My g/f says he's always there strolling between Beighton and Ulley. Apparently his mother packs him up for his walks.

Question answered, and if the person concerned wishes to give any more information, I'm sure they will.

Closing.
