Hi
I have a large 2 bed house in Dagenham, Essex with the RTB, both bedrooms are double sized and extremely spacious, the property has GCH, is double glazed throughout, has a 60ft fenced garden & a very large parlour type living room which is about 22ft in length, my home is very cosy and is situated in a very desirable area of Dagenham.
The property is close to local transport links of which are both bus routes and the London Underground tube station, I am located on the District Line which makes the area I live in ideal for travel into London, it takes approximately 30 minutes to get to the centre of London.
There are 3 big parks within the area, which is ideal if you have a dog, the park is very beautiful and has lots of wildlife, ducks and squirrels.
Nice neighbourhood, excellent schools within walking distance, colleges & universities near by and also lots of employment opportunities.
I am after a 2 or 3-bed property in Sheffield, ideally in the areas of Ecclesfield or Chapeltown, the City Centre, Walkley, Crookes, Meersbrook, Nether Edge, Stannington or Hillsborough, .
I hope there is someone out there that has a property in the area that I mentioned above and I have what you are looking for as well.
