Does anyone know for sure if the public pay & display carparks in sheffield centre (for example the ones on Carver street or behind the Yorkshire Grey) are free over the bank hols (ie. tuesday 27th).

I parked at the Yorkshire Grey last night for the theatre and it definitely says free on bank holidays.
