I'm looking for any information about P/O Douglas Clayton Shepley who wasb killed on the 12th August 1940 in a dog fight over the Isle of Wight, while serving with 152 (Hyderabad) F.Sqn at Warmwell Dorset. Battle of Britain,
I'm also looking for information on the Shepley Spitfire Pub,
Many Thanks,
Rob Rooker

It looks like the family still live there, as there is a Shepley who is the organiser of the festival

Mikey, I've just had a e-mail back from Richard Shepley, so many thanks again for your help.
Cheers Rob...
What a coincidence that I just came across this. I have spent this weekend at the Shepley house for their summer party. I'm going again next week for a wedding.
If Richard Shepley is anything to go by then Douglas must have been a crazy guy too!!! He's one top man.
My husband is a friend of his.
