Just wondering if anyone has used the new diet pills from kaloss [sida cordifolia] ?

Ive tried the trimmers before and lost some weight but these are supposed to be better???

Never tried these,but I had very good results with the adios pills..

They act as an appetite suppresant.
They're not great for the long term because they can give you pretty harsh mood swings.

They sell them as a weight training suppliment from Body Active at the bottom of the more.

I wouldn't recommend them to people for diet pills.
If you're exercising and want to use them to burn more eneergy than you would normally when exercising then they'll do the job.

Speak to the people down at body active and they'll tell you.
Take it from me who's tried just about every brand.

Best diet you can get is Calories in < Calories out (i.e. exercise and eat sensibly).

I second what DB says about sensible eating and more exercise...

I find that if I keep myself really busy, I dont eat as much food, and all the extra dashing about just serves to get rid of the calories I have consumed... I just have to be careful of food-on-the-go cos its no good!!! lol!

Another tip is when you think you're hungry, have a drink (water pref..) and if you're still hungry like 15 minutes after that, then its likely to be genuine hunger... If it goes away, you were just thirsty, and you've not scoffed loads of food by mistake.

Anyways, you cant go asking about diet pills on Crimbo eve! You've got all those selection boxes to munch tomorrow hun! (Or at least I have... :suspect: ) hehe x
