Midhopestones Charity Gala
Our country show is organised and run by the people living in and around Midhopestones. Our aim is to bring together our friends and neighbours whilst raising money for charity.
In 1290 Elias de Midhope, Lord of The Manor granted a charter that a market and fair be held on the eve of St Barnabas (11th June) the date may have changed but Elias would be happy to see his tradition carried on in the village.
Our selected charities and amounts to be given for 2011 are;
50% to Yorkshire Air Ambulance website
25% to Macmillan Nurses website
25% to Riding for the Disabled website
Would you like to attend our show with your trade stall?
We still have a few spaces available.
