Anyone got any idea how long Boots keep your photos before they decide you're not coming for them and throw them away? I've just realised that I haven't been to collect a set that I put in a month ago.

i work in a photo lab (not booits) but we keep pics just about indefinitely. Give em a call, i think they'll have them in the back!

i used to be manager at a boots mini lab and we kept them for up to a year go various stages of archiving, and tried to contact the customers whenever we were quiet. a record was also kept of any eventually sent for destruction.
