megalithic 25-05-2011, 20:48 Or SD card.
I know there's a few places you can do this, but are some of the machines of a better quality, or are they all much of a muchness. ?
Thanks.

Thanks for that.
It's a pic for a friend who's dog died recently, he's never owned a camera, phone etc etc plus the pic is rather old and grainy so i want the best replication i can get as it will be the only pic he has of himself with the dog.
Boots Meadowhall let you print from USB/SD/CD/Bluetooth etc. Can have the instant print or have it sent off for printing. Had my wedding pics printed off there, great quality. The pics taken with 12MP DSLR though, if the pic is low quality no printer is really going to improve it that much, IMO.
I hope you get it sorted for him though, it's a sad time losing a pet and any little thing you can do to help i'm sure will be appreciated !

Max Keeble's in Meadowhall, I got a pic printed off my Iphone last week there and it only cost me 4 and half quid, good quality print as well.

A4 size...
I get mine printed at Asda. I had some done of the dogs when they were puppies and they were pretty good.
I had some done in 9x6 and they were good quality.

Also you can mess about with all the settings to enhance the photo.

I have used Asda before, it's a nice thing for you to do for your friend. Don't forget the online shops allow you to print onto mugs and stuff too!
Plain Talker 26-05-2011, 18:23 Max Speilman next door to Boots have this facility, there's also a Max S at Crystal peaks.
Be warned, though that if the pic is too grainy it won't look very nice, blown up larger than about an 8X6 ish size. The resolution won't be good enough.
hope that helps
