As a more mature, slightly less-than-sylph-like person, I get really annoyed that all female "singers" seem to have to sell their music by gyrating- mostly naked on a video. It is hardly the message to be sending to young girls, that only very skinny women can be singers! It really makes my blood boil - but then again......I am not a man!

yeah and i wonder who gave chico all his votes on x-factor, it wasent people judging his singing i can tell ya... it was washboard abs and stripping that got his votes. thats not a good messege on PRIME TIME tv to send out to young lads...swings and roundabouts :thumbsup:

Although I see the point of setting bad examples and although I don't know waht the Sugababes are 'about', I get the impression they are a better influence on girls cus they seem more that coined phrase 'girl power' like that group that I cannot remember the name of that was popular...

I would have to agree with you Sultana... makes me sick! :gag: but not sure if it could be a jealousy thing... that i dont look that damn sexy! not that i'd parade around half nakkid and expose myself to prying eyes! if i did... :nono: :hihi:

No seriously i do think it's the wrong impression to be giving younger children... kids are dressing far to old for their age these days too... why cant kids grow up a little slower... they shouldnt be in such a rush... enjoy your youth... thats what i say...
